Our church had a candlelight vigil the evening of the Twin Trade Tower disaster. All of us, church members friends and neighbors stood in the adjacent park and raised our candles as the sun set on that fateful day.
The next Saturday we all went to the State Capital in St. Paul, Minnesota, wearing our flags and our emotions on our sleeves. We listened and tried to find comfort in the words.
